Shipping, Returns, and Privacy

SHIPPING:
We are happy to ship worldwide!
Standard shipping within Australia is $7.80.
Standard shipping to all other countries is $14.60.
Additional items included in the same order come with a $3.00 handling fee.
Registered Mail is available at extra cost. Please contact us if you would like your package posted via Registered Mail.
All costs listed are in Australian Dollars.

RETURNS:
Due to the nature of online shopping not allowing the customer to touch and visually inspect the item they are purchasing, we recommend you email us any questions you might have prior to ordering. We are happy to answer any queries about our products and are confident that you will be completely satisfied with jewellery purchased from The Dragon's Hoard.

If you are not happy with your purchase once you have received it, you may return your order within 15 days for a full refund, or within 30 days for an equal value exchange, minus all shipping and handling fees.

Please follow our returns process:

Email us immediately to be issued with a returns processing form and authorisation number. Fill out your returns processing form completely, including your name, order number, product number of the jewellery you are returning (all available on your invoice), and reason for return. Any orders returned without a completed returns processing form and authorisation number will not be accepted.

Send the product to The Dragon's Hoard, including the completed returns processing form, original invoice and original packaging materials. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We will email you as soon as we have received and processed the return, with confirmation of your refund or exchange, as applicable.

Any jewellery not in original, unworn condition will not qualify for a refund or exchange. It is the responsibility of the customer to return all items in saleable condition.

If you received a free gift with your purchase, you must also return the free gift or we will deduct the value of the free gift from your refund.

Custom orders are not returnable unless there was an error made on our part.

On Sale or Discounted items are sold "as is" and are not eligible for refund or exchange. All sales are final.
